I'm thinking about getting the film rights for CofC!

The opening picture will be a mass of lemmings heading towards the ocean [or a cliff] and the song in the background will be:

    Lemmings,

    Nothing more than lemmings...

Oh Brummie that's what wine is for. See, you feel like you're bored and might as well have a breakdown ...then you start drinkin' and in no time you're good as gold. No need for entertainment, you are the entertainment. Trust me-- WINE...it's kinda like magic or pretty damn close.

This is dedicated to two people...the Late Great Sam Kinision who sang (or, rather, screamed) it, and Jennifer L.

WILD THING (Lyrics by S. Kinison, Song by The Troggs)

Wild Thing, I think you move me!
But I wanna know for sure
Everytime I kiss you I taste what other men had for lunch
The only thing that can get you off is to see me in pain
But i think i love you!

    Wild Thing
    You make my heart scream
    You took everything
    Oh, Wild Thing

Wild Thing I think you move me!
Ahh, just came to my mind, I thought I'd say that.
You made me trust you, then stuck the knife in my heart
You're a lying, unfaithful, untrustable tramp
But I think I love you!

    Wild Thing
    You make my heart scream
    You took everything
    Oh, Wild Thing

    Spoken (and screamed):
Everyone's got some kind of Wild Thing that went through our lives and made it hell. Because eveyone's had one, you me, nobody likes to lose. And you know she's out there, laughing at you, I dont care if it was last week or third grade, someone broke your heart, what was her name?

    Wild Thing
    I'll never forgive you!
How do you live with yourself?
    You never loved me!
    You used me!
I hope you slide under a gas truck and taste your own blood!
Why didnt you tell me you were a demon from hell?
You deserve the men your gonnna meet, you loser!
    Railroad bums, transients, out-of-work guys
Guys that are gonna use you like you used me!
Guys that are gonna take money out of your purse and crawl out a window!
    oh ohhhhhhhh!
    Whats her name?
    Yeaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!

"Skin the Cat", oh no, pussy's be one the look out. Someone is bored

    Thank God, for feelings.

How about the song by Petula Clark called :

    PETULA CLARK lyrics - "Downtown"
When you're alone and life is making you lonely
You can always go - downtown
When you've got worries, all the noise and the hurry
Seems to help, I know - downtown
Just listen to the music of the traffic in the city
Linger on the sidewalk where the neon signs are pretty
    How can you lose?

The lights are much brighter there
You can forget all your troubles, forget all your cares
So go downtown, things'll be great when you're
Downtown - no finer place, for sure
Downtown - everything's waiting for you

Don't hang around and let your problems surround you
There are movie shows - downtown
Maybe you know some little places to go to
Where they never close - downtown
Just listen to the rhythm of a gentle bossa nova
You'll be dancing with him too before the night is over
    Happy again

The lights are much brighter there
You can forget all your troubles, forget all your cares
So go downtown, where all the lights are bright
Downtown - waiting for you tonight
Downtown - you're gonna be all right now

    [Instrumental break]

And you may find somebody kind to help and understand you
Someone who is just like you and needs a gentle hand to
    Guide them along

So maybe I'll see you there
We can forget all our troubles, forget all our cares
So go downtown, things'll be great when you're
    Downtown - don't wait a minute for
Downtown - everything's waiting for you

    Downtown, downtown, downtown, downtown ...
    .

I always felt better when I went down town in Montreal, and for some reason things feel alot better.

Sunday morning meetings always made me remember this song my grandpa used to sing:

    Sunday Morning Coming Down

Well, I woke up Sunday morning
With no way to hold my head that didn't hurt.
And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad,
So I had one more for dessert.
Then I fumbled in my closet through my clothes
And found my cleanest dirty shirt.
Then I washed my face and combed my hair
And stumbled down the stairs to meet the day.

I'd smoked my mind the night before
With cigarettes and songs I'd been picking.
But I lit my first and watched a small kid
Playing with a can that he was kicking.
Then I walked across the street
And caught the Sunday smell of someone frying chicken.
And Lord, it took me back to something that I'd lost
    Somewhere, somehow along the way.

    On a Sunday morning sidewalk,
I'm wishing, Lord, that I was stoned.
'Cause there's something in a Sunday
That makes a body feel alone.
And there's nothing short a' dying
That's half as lonesome as the sound
    Of the sleeping city sidewalk
    And Sunday morning coming down.

In the park I saw a daddy
With a laughing little girl that he was swinging.
And I stopped beside a Sunday school
And listened to the songs they were singing.
Then I headed down the street,
And somewhere far away a lonely bell was ringing,
And it echoed through the canyon
Like the disappearing dreams of yesterday.

    On a Sunday morning sidewalk,
I'm wishing, Lord, that I was stoned.
'Cause there's something in a Sunday
That makes a body feel alone.
And there's nothing short a' dying
That's half as lonesome as the sound
    Of the sleeping city sidewalk
    And Sunday morning coming down.
