Kahuna is a professional in Hawaiian culture - like a doctor, herbalist, architech, etc.
Cajones are... balls. the J os pronounced like an H, and the E is pronounced Ca ho' nees.
However, I may be mistaken, you may well have been refering to a Professional with Balls for all I know.
