Just wanted to say that Wal-mart and office supplie stores sell Bumper Sticker Kits, usually in the same isle as the business card kits and lable kits. So there is no need to mass produce them, just a computer/printer and an understanding of the Word program.

I've used those kits to do a St.Patty's parade one year, but they fade and break down in less than 6 months. They aren't really commercial grade and weather resistant.
Now my friend ordered 300 (min order) of bumper stickers that say "Save the Rednecks - they are a dying inbreed" and she sold them at the flea market and they were $1 each and are still holding up under the FL sun. That was her coined phrase, it's really hilarious if you think about it.
