Ok...I definitely don't want to be JW any more. And I don't really want to be an ex-JW. I just want to be me.
On average, how long does it take to give it up? To move on?

Geez, it's been 8 yrs since my dfing, and i have only moved on a little bit. Most people are much faster. Therapy helps. It's that learned helplessness and hopelessness that haunt me at times.

I've been asking myself the same question. I think the biggest things to work on are getting over the old habits, creating new ones, and making new freinds.
