Geez, it's been 8 yrs since my dfing, and i have only moved on a little bit. Most people are much faster. Therapy helps. It's that learned helplessness and hopelessness that haunt me at times.

I've been asking myself the same question. I think the biggest things to work on are getting over the old habits, creating new ones, and making new freinds.
