To all those people who sent me those kind messages during my recent incapacity - Thank You!
I went back to work today. I'm just doing mornings for the moment. I'm feeling fine, but in need of some muscle rebuilding. Last week, HL and I went to Derbyshire to stay with friends and I was able to do some hefty hill walking which did much to increase my confidence. Here I am, Hillary Step should recognise Man Tor in the background:

Enlishman, I'm so glad to hear this! It's true, most people don't fully appreciate how great it is to be well until you're sick for an extended period of time.
Keep up the exercise and you'll be better than before in no time!
