Seems the Bush Administration does not want free and fair press coverage. Bye bye "land of the free". We hardly knew ye.

yup, not a surprise. There's no way Michael Powell would find anything wrong with the Whitehouse...he's a bastard if I ever saw one.

Land of the free? That's a pretty much a myth....but somehow I wish it had been true...that there were once "good ole days."

    Oh Brother.....

Politics is nasty on both sides, both Liberal and Conservative / Democrat or Republican. Each side does their own dirty work and no one has clean hands. With that story I can match you the story of the Liberal CBS News in bed with the Democrats trying to sway the Presidental election with a phoney story using forged documents:

Next week it will be the other party. Politics stinks.

    one more thing-

The media here is owned by huge cooporations which lobby the FCC (lobby being code for pay off)...so there isn't any "liberal" media. They know who their master is.

    Half right, half wrong.

Wrong... there IS a liberal media... the large metro newspapers. There is also a conservative media... talk radio.

Right ... They are all owned by huge corporations who are only looking out for the almighty buck regardless of politics.

There isn't a "liberal" media if the media is owned by conservatives or people that believe the climate in America is right-wing....they all cater to what is accepted by the FCC which is run by the Whitehouse.

Yu see it your way, and I see it mine.

True... but I work in the field...with over 25 years experience. The bias belongs to the chief Editor, and who he/she hires.... whatever media. Generally speaking, in Television, it swings to the left...in radio, to the right.

It's all about appearance. Please draw the curtain back. The International Bankers and the Jesuits are in bed together.

It's OK, Simon. (sigh) We've becomed accustomed to having our freedoms exposed as illusions for quite some time now. I try not to take the American news seriously anymore. Doing so leads to excessive faith in the American government and hateful racism.

Just apply for citizenship; they will welcome you with open arms here; and most likely let you take your website with you....
