Conning all of the congregations to borrow money from them only for KH projects, then after the KH pays off the loan to give the WBTS the property. Thus building a vast realestate portfolio for themselves.

Well...
I think the "best" move on their part was their absolute, 100% backing of every JW to test the sacred pronouncements to see if they were true. I did, and it motivated me to leave. Thanks governing body!
