We had an email about 6 o'clock last night from a cousin near Kingston New York. He is a funny guy. He lives with his son and wife, and the son runs a store that sells wood stoves. He sells and installs them.

<<If you've seen the weather channel lately, you know that were right in the middle of a full-blown blizzard, with the chill factor dipping into something like 50 below and the wind velocity at about 9,000 mph. We have about 18" of snow at this point, and there no letup in sight. If the power goes out, as it usually does in this kind of weather here, we're going to be up the proverbial creek, since there's no wood stove in this house. Makes sense, doesn't it? Sean is the local wood stove guru and he doesn't even have one in his own house. Busman's holiday and all that, don't you know. So light a candle for us -- every little bit helps. Grinnen Barrett>> I hope everyone stayed warm and safe.
