Hey Guys,
I need to see a copy of the elder's manual so I have confirmation that I as the family head can attend my wife's "Judicial Committee". I believe that I can, but I want to make sure it's in print somewhere. I'll dig through the CD too, but I doubt they've put that kind of info in the public eye.
Anybody know of a web site hosting it? Or do you have a PDF you can send me? (If so, please email to [email protected])

I never understood why this book is a "secret". When I read it I was bored!!! I was like, this is it???
I thought someone said they were getting a new elder's manual?

There is nothing really "secret" with the elder's manual. Most of the material in it comes straight from material printed in the WT over the years. The only useful thing it does is it compiles all that info form the WT into one quick reference book where you can find anything you need about how elders are supposed to handle situations within the congregation.
