Yes, first one will be up by end of the week dealing with this perception of violence in the Old Testament, is it really that? What is the purpose of the judgements we see in the OT? Is it true there are various instances of God instructing Israel to commit genocide on other nations and to murder whole races? What is the context of all that e.t.c.

This may be a tad off topic but I think one or two of you mentioned something about (or implied)that God allows terrible things to happen. I have started a new post with my belief about the following questions which I hope some of you might find interesting.
What is the meaning of life?
Why has God let terrible things happen?
And what happens when we die?
Check out that post and please let me know what you think of it. If you find error in my beliefs PLEASE let me know! Its the most logical explination I can think of.
