Women generally don't get into the ego thing as much as men do. That's my opinion.

Men like to feel they are good for something. For women who have all the bases covered, men may feel they aren't good for anything ... so why attempt? They don't see a place for themselves in your life.

bisous, why can't they just be a partner? I have no choice but to have all the bases covered. I don't have anyone to help me hit those home runs. I'd think a man would want a woman that, when the chips were down, and things were bad, she would be able to take care of things. Maybe he got into an accident. Couldn't work for a while. Wouldn't he rather have a woman who could take over and do what needed to be done? Someone who wouldn't buckle under pressure, and say, "Oh, lordy, what will I do??? I can't take the pressure. I need a man!!"

Well I think males are conditioned to be more aggressive than females but that not always would have been true through out man evolution there must have been a certain percentage of female dominated societies.

These preceptions are always in a state of flux. What if mankind lived with higher consciousness say 20,000 years ago,, but thru an overactive ego consciousness has been restricted,,, but access to these other dimensions was only occurring during Trance Dance where one became souless and one.

I will be the first to admit that my wife is smarter than me ( and prettier!)....my physical strength may be superior to hers ( which, by the way is only an asset if we are having rough sex); I do not go around beating my chest. As to being "the weaker sex" I suppose that is correct from a physical perspective only.

However, life in the 21st century is a time when women have an equal footing with men for the first time in history. How can ANY woman still accept the JW interpertaion of how a "christian wife" should be subserviant to her husband? If they use the bible to substantiate their argument it should be realized that the bible was a book written by MEN; in an ancient time when women were considered chattel. Society has evolved beyond that.

I have two daughters and I have EVERY intention of educating them with the same direction given to my son---why are they ANY different or deserving of less? Why should they be treated ANY differently by society?
