Dark Shadows - i would spend the night at my grandmothers on Wed. nights so that i could watch it. She always went to bed at 8pm and it came on at 9pm.

Couldn't watch Bewitched, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters (because of witchie-poo), Planet of the Apes movies because of evolution.
Some shows we were allowed to watch, but if they had anything dealing with spiritism, ghosts, spells, or holidays, we had to turn them off.
Scooby-Doo was OK because it always turned out to be a disgruntled human. Munsters were mostly OK, unless Grandpa was mixing up a spell. And practically every show had some sort of witch or ghost or something magical at some time or another. Oddly enough, they let us watch I dream of Jeanie. I don't know why her magic was OK - maybe dad liked the outfit. $6 million was OK and so was the Bionic woman. Although I think they had some ghost episode of the bionic woman that we couldn't watch.
