Welcome to the board nowino! The "junior member" etc. refers to the rank displayed on your user info. It depends on how many posts you have made. It is just a bit of fun. We seem to have lots of new posters in the last couple of weeks. Nice to see you all! This thread has lots of useful info on how to use the features of the board. Rachel
