What the hell is that supposed to mean? I live in Oregon. I think any guy who steals 3,000 pair of women's underwear is definitely crazy. Two or three dozen pair should be more then enough for a healthy fetish. Iv seen his collection on the news. They seem to be all thongs. I think that is why the judges have been lowing his bail. He may be crazy, but at least he has some fashion sense.
