Doing what I want, when I want. Listening to what I want. Watching what I want. Thinking what I want. Saying what I want. Sleeping in on Sunday morning. NOT having to veer every converstion with my friends to the bible.
Knowing that 'fanny fiddling' is NOT the Devil having sex with me. Me & my non JW hubby enjoying every position we can possibly think of without feeling guilty because they are 'sins of the flesh'.

Listening to Blue Oyster Cult. I remember my first BOC CD. The songs "Transmaniacon MC" "Career of Evil" "Burnin' For You" "Death Valley Nights" all had a very strong demonic influence on me!

oops, I didn't know OS was a sin when I was still JW. My parents never believed that the org had any right to tell them what they could or couldn't do in their bedroom, so they did what they wanted and never told anyone, which is the way it should be anyway. So, we didn't grow up with the knowledge that these things were wrong between mates.
I was doing it with a few friends while I was still JW, but I was doin' it secretly too, I just forwent the marriage part of it lol bad me! yikes! Not proud, just shocked to find out what I was doin' was considered a deadly sin, oops!

My life is much like it was when I was a jw. With a few exceptions. I no longer obey the wbts, I make my own decisions as to whom I may or may not associate with.
I don't waste time going to useless talks at kingdumb halls or conventions.
I no longer worry about what the elders think of me.
I no longer try to decipher the real meanings of the watchtower and the ongoing threat of the end "mine" is very near.
I no longer knock on the doors of people who have many times said "I am not interested I have my own religion".
I enjoy sex without guilt.
Surprisingly I now have friends who are more my friend than some of my relatives.
I am a less angry man now with more love for my fellow man.
I am at last at peace with the world and what might or might not happen after death.
My financial position is much better.
My health has improved. Both mental and physical.
I am happy! Think of it, after all these years as a jw I am finally happy.
