A well made medium bodied red. Bright crimson colour with mauve hue. The nose is fairly straightforward, with notes of stewed plum, spice and a hint of liquorice emerging. On the palate flavours of plum, spice and liquorice. Moderate length, fine grained tannins, a touch dry but balanced. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
