Governing Body, Blood Guilty Because of Enforcing "No Blood Transfussions"

  What do you think will there every be court cases in any countries(not just USA) because the WT will DF people for taking a blood transfussion?

  Since it is a disfellowshipping offence, and since the Governing Body is responsible for determining what is a disfellowshipping offense for all of JWs around the world,,do you think they care a heavy blood guilt for all the "THOUSANDS" of Witnesses that have already died because they refused blood?

  It will be interesting to see what develops as far as court cases in the future and as more and more JW get deprogramed the repercussions this will cause for the already reproachable Governing Body.

  IF ONLY! - but I suppose at the end of the day, it's the INDIVIDUAL that is choosing (on ''moral rules'' given to them) - so in reality, the decision is the person's.

  I think it good for us to focus on the Governing Body since these are the rule makers for the WT/JWs.
  

  When we focus on the Oganization we diffuse the blame to a institution,,but the term Governing Body brings us more towards the human element that steers the whole organization. I think this has more "psychic" effect when we bring attentions to these men rather than a nonfeeling mechanical WT organization,,it also direct our negative energy to these men instead of the impersonal WT,, which I think will have a greater effect as more people direct thier attention to this group of men,, holding them to public shame,,and attention instead of an impersonal WT.

  I hope that some day soon every member of the Governing Body gets hauled into court to defend themselves. That would be a nightmare for the WT legal deptment!!! To have those braindead members of the GB to take the witness stand(no pun intended). Oh I can only dream,,and if only dreams come true,,if thier is a god or toothfairy or anything please make my dreams come true. I'll even wish apon a star.

  No the GB probably won't be prosecuted because of this.
  
  The way the WTBTS works is subtle. Taking blood is left to the 'consciences' of the brothers and sisters - so they say. However, accept a blood transfusion and you effective disfellowship yourself. There is no winning with these people. The JW religion is not one of personal spiritual growth, it one of rules and regulations.

  The way the WTBTS works is subtle. Taking blood is left to the 'consciences' of the brothers and sisters - so they say. However, accept a blood transfusion and you effective disfellowship yourself.

  There has got to be away around this road block and some really smart lawyer or JW will find it,,and when they do look out!!!!

  Yes I think an enforced "no blood transfussion" polocy,, no matter how the Governing Body may word it otherwise,,that the courts will see thru this and this will cause them to go belly up finacially. Perhaps being sued for wrongfull deaths might do it??

  I'm sure with the expert testimony of some good well respected psychiatrist on the subject of the extreme emotional coercion used by the Governing Body on many mates or parents of JW's now living who lost thier lives by refusal to take blood.

  I think this testimony if done skillfully will prevail.

  I think the WT organization has a tremendous amount of provable dilberate lying in thier paper trail.

  Letter to bodies of elders,,watchtower magazine articles,,x circut and disrict overseers,,elders these all can be used as character witnesses against the Governing Body and send them up the creek without a paddle in a court of law with the right lawyers.
