Absolutely disgusting behavior!
Whomever did this needs to be sterilized, and locked up for a very long time. They have no value of life, and care more about themselves than anything else.
That state has a no questions asked policy, for giving up a new born to the police, or firefighters, etc. All it took was facing them, handing the kid over, and then go away.
Put the person responsible in jail, and I don't give a shit what happens to them inside.
