Yes, I still think of God. I even pray once in a while.
I'm just not sure why he doesn't do something, anything.
Me too.

Yes,,but I'm inclind to think that we all are God,,even the plants and even inorganic are God. That is if the universe is non-local which I feel is true. So if that is the case I guess I always think about God in one way or another.
Quote from a 13th century Cabalist Azriel of Gerona:
I think that kinda highlites that opposites may be the same,,but from a different point of view? You may be asked :
'How did God bring forth being from nothingness?'
'Is there not an immense difference between being and nothingness?'
Answer as follows:
'Being is in nothingness in the mode of nothingness, and nothingness is being in the form of being.'
Nothingness is being and being is nothingness"
God....no a creator yes...although i am still contemplating the possibility though.
In essence my views are the same as many in that i cannot understand why god if he or she exists permits wickedness.
*dont even think about reaching for the 'reasoning from the scriptures' book or should it be called the 'Dub Objection Handling' Book*
No, I'm way to busy doing worldly stuff that I know god/yahweh/jehovah would object to, like sleeping in on a Saturday, buying a xmas tree, laughing out loud at rude jokes, saying words like 'lucky' and cursing when I watch sports on tv.
I've joined the world of the damned so I choose not to think about 'god'.

I do
I'd like to think of God as a large, round entity who points out various questions to us in order to stimulate out mind and to help us think..... hey, wait a minute.....

Yes, every day. I wish I didn't though. I wish I never was taught anything about Jehovah. I don't believe in that God. I hate him everyday more than the previous. I don't know if I believe there is actually a God out there who cares. I doubt it.

I don't believe in any old man sitting on a white cloud and watching us like Big Brother. To me it's more like the asian way of thinking. That there is life force but not a personalized one. Therefore I believe in my own responsibility to lead a good life and that this power helps me to reach my goals. The help doesn't come with reading the bible or whatever but with looking inside and asking my heart.
Yes I do! I've always believed in my MAKER since childhood. This belief did not stem from going to Churches or KH. It's personal and I like to keep it that way.
Job's wife asked him to renounce his Maker and Job answered, are we to accept only the good things from our Maker and not the bad?
I would put my faith in my Maker anyday over man.
To each their own.

'Supreme Being' is closer to the reality of the concept of god; 'Being' is closer yet; drop the IDEA of 'Being' altogether and rest within the 'Being' at the very core of you and then there is no thinking at all - discover directly what 'being' is and see where that takes you, see if there is a compulsion or desire to think about god.
