Well, I'm in the SF area....don't usually go to ex-JW meet ups (I'm in school right now and hard to find time) but you never know...

i totally understand your situation. i'm in school as well, so my time is very limited. but it'd be great to meet up with other ex-jw's in the bay area. i actually met with a very cool ex-jw yesterday. i found her on the ex-jw meet-up website. it was nice that she just got it, you know? it was also cool that neither one of us was full of rage. we've both just accepted that the organization isn't for us.

so a little about me: i've been "inactive" for about 12 years now. prior to that, i was the model elder's daughter. i still have family in the organization, and we're as close as we can be given that they're worried about me being destroyed with "this old system of things". i'm married to a fabulous non-witness and currently in med school.
