Question:
While in the "truth", What was the first thing said when a fellow congregation member bought a new or used two door car?
There is no prize. Just wondering if this is common among us.

..."obviously not intended for the "field service"....
....what a chuckle that is now!
I was one of those severly criticised when, as a full time pioneer at age 18, my father bought me the car of my dreams, a 2 door red and white converible with a 350 engine.
I ignored them all and drove it proudly. I pioneered with that car until I got tiree of pioneering and went off to college.
outside hmm that wont be too good in the service inside *sigh im jealous*

Yes, that is what I was looking for. Too Funny!! I was thinking about this the other day. I guess it was common!
How will you bring your brothers in the field service?
To tell you the honest truth, I hated being the sister in a skirt that had to get in and out of the back seat of a 2-door car but 2-door cars tended to be cheaper.
I was only "catty" about someone buying a new car if they tended to criticize others for buying new things...hypocrite!
It was no big thing around here regarding how many doors a car had just so they stayed on.
