That show was about pointless . Once again I exspect to see some new evidence and all they come up with is supposed eyewitness crap . I think it's time people faced the facts and realize that without some solid evidence these stories of theirs is just urban legend . Despite the size of the universe the conditions for intellegent life to exist are not evident elswhere in our galaxy even . I kinda agree with what simon did say, that people in the US are obsessed with this thing and it is embarassing , I don't think it narrow minded to say there is no life visiting our planet from outerspace . Our own government does exsperiement with all sorts of things that could easily account for the goings on in roswell . I do wonder just how far they would go with various types of experimentation on the public , the phenomena known as vapor trails also has me concerned . Perhaps some poeple are seeing a mirage .

The facts are that about 99% of all sightings have been proven a hoax or natural phenomena
seems you did not pay attention to the show, the FACT is that this 99% number is pure BS... that project blue book was invented to stop people from panicking and make them believe this BS... they were lying from start to finish and according to the program when blue book was ended the one person who was for a REAL investigation was the ONLY scientist on staff, the one who had made up any BS explanation he could to hide the REAL facts.

I confess I didn't watch the whole thing and turned it off after the first hour . As I've been saying is that I feel there is a coverup but not involving aliens from outerspace but to cover up top secrete government projects . The government has top secrete installations and it wouldn't seem right for them to exsplain things that are "top secrete " to the public . I believe they were experimenting with nuclear powered modules such as has been sent to outerspace and landed on mars or titan . It would not surprise me to find out they are working on some kind of optical illusion covert stuff as well . The technology they've been developing since world war 2 is far more advanced than any time in history .
I've considered many facts pertaining to the issue . Planet earth is on the outskirts of the milky way galaxy , we are so far out of the way that IMO even if there was extraterrestrial life this would be the last place in the universe they would look for life . The distance from our solar system to other likely ones is just too far and as far as man is concerned nothing can reach the speeds needed to travel those distances in a reasonable amount of time .

I can't believe how long they went on about the Phoenix Lights. That was debunked years ago.
Remember the video that showed the lights appearing one by one going to the left in a large arch? Those were military flares being used during a military exercise at a base... and it was proven that they were flares. I noticed that they intentionally left out the footage and reports of the lights suddenly "shooting off" and disappearing... this is very important because it was this information that allowed the sighting to be debunked.
Years ago another reported did an excellent job researching this sighting. He went to the exact same location where the original video was shot and took some video of the mountain in the distance during the day. He then took that video and overlapped it with the nighttime video of the lights. The result was that you could see where the top of the mountain was in reference to the lights.
As the lights slowly went down they appeared to "shoot off" and disappear in the distance... but what the overlapped video showed was that the lights were flares slowly floating down. The flares then disappeared at the point where they moved behind the mountain.

I agree elsewhere , I saw that as well and it made perfect sense to me that it was just the military practicing some night time activity and lighting up landing feilds at night .That's what I'm saying , people are so friggen obsessed with this that they won't even listen to reasonable exsplanations .

they never came to any hard conclusions, but one, there is something going on and there are few hard answers as to what.
there were many, not just a handful of nuts, but many who reported these sightings from commerical and military pilots [they mentioned thousands of reports that were NEVER given to anyone but bluebook [who buried them] they also had reports by military people guarding nuclear missle silo's and others who were top secret clearance types who were not given any information as to what was what....
from the program, I learned that blue book was started with only one real purpose.... stop the panic which was crippling the national communications network of the time by any means possible... since no explanations could be given with any certainty, they blamed it all on natural phenomenon even when such explanations were totally ludicrous.... the public only knew that the gov't said it was nothing to worry about and that was all that most people needed...and the panic subsided and it seemed obvious that if these things were from outerspace they were not threatening us so there really was nothing much to do other than keep blaming sightings on natural stuff....
perhaps some in the gov't really know what is going on, but I suspect they dont...but are unwilling to admit they have no clue.
as to secret military, I am sure that the black ops people dont tell the gov't everything either and so there is plausible denial

I'm just saying that people are going to great pains to defraud the public on this thing . Even the evidence they claim indisputable is proven fake such as the crop circles , it is entirely possible for people who are complete retards to do things like that for no other reason than to call the media to their side and make all sorts of stories on how it could have happened and ironically not one is that a human did it . I suggest people just relax and turn off the sci fi channel every once in a while to get back to reality . ohhh and lay off the wacky tobaccy and or the hard stuff
