If a pill or some treatment was developed to allow you to live to 200 - what would you do with the rest of your life?
Let's just say that you started to get old around 175. You're in your 50s.
Would you work longer, enjoy life, help a needy cause or travel?
Would you spend time helping to solve the worlds problems?
The problem with our limited lifespan - is when you get really good at something, you're too old to continue with it. Then you forget it all and die, leaving the next person to carry on from where you left off.
How much progress do you think the guys at Bell Labs would have made, if after developing the transistor they lived to be 200?
