Its official! They have been having a news conference since 10 c.s.t and its definately him. The guys name is Dennis Rader. He was a control officer for the city just north of Wichita called Park City.
He is not elligible for the death penatly because we only instituted it in 1994. His murders were well before that so he is granfathered.
Anyhow, he is in jail now. Done and over with. The families can finally have some closure.

Perhaps he wanted to be caught...
If he did not want the publicity, or maybe even the deep down desire to get caught, he would not have written the notes to the police that ultimately helped in catching him.
He was quiet for a long time, and probably would have gotten away with it.
So scary for the people who lived near him. Can you imagine knowing someone like this guy, and not know the dark hidden horrible secrets he had?

I went to that site and wow it was scary. Apparently the BTK guy thought he was possessed by a monster , of sorts. The link to spiritual warfare indicates he most likely is talking about demon possession and for once, I have to agree. What he did, it does not sound like a human could do those things. It was creepy to read BTK's own words.

This morning, while I was getting ready for work, on the Today Show, his pastor came out and said wonderful things about this man and how he was a 30+ years member of the Lutheran church and just how nice this man was.
Completely bizarre!!!!!!!!!!
