    It's always sad to remember those we've lost.

    It's even worse to think of what good they might have accomplished if they'd not got involved in this terrible cult...

    Thanks everyone, I really do appreciate it. I shall ring my Mum in a few minutes as I always do on this day.

    I really was one of the luckier ones to come out of the JW's. Both my parents were very kindly people so my upbringing was very stable. The downsides were being encouraged to leave school with little education, the families inherited money being squandered so that Dad could pioneer and have to earn very little and of course the barrier between us once I had decided to quit the JW's.

    I'm not complaining. I've been a lucky bugger in my life, all in all.
