click on imageshack on the top left.
After that upload your picture by clicking on browse and then click on host it. Once you see the picture, click on it to see it full size. Once you see it full size, copy it by doing ctrl c or right click and do "copy" and paste it here by doing ctrl v or by doing a right click and "paste".

Thanks for the help! But I still need to know how to just go to my documents and get a pic from there, I like to edit pics before I paste them!
