I am happy to register my approval of Mr Blair this coming May if called on to do so. Having gone through the secondary education system in the 80?s and comparing my experience with that of my daughter, I cannot believe the shoddy manner in which we allowed the Tories to run down our major services. Thatcher Thatcher milk snatcher I cry. Of course we can?t trust politicians all of the time, nor can they function and tell the hard facts to the great unwashed. At the moment we?re all worrying about an old lady who?s had seven operations on her arm cancelled. I?m more concerned for the 16 year old daughter of a work college who is regularly rushed into hospital for a life threatening illness and has always been found a bed. Since the scrapping of clause 4 the labour movement has been able to occupy the middle ground of British politics, taking over from the week Liberals and pushing the Tories further to the right where they so want to be.
I like Blair. He likes Bush.
And Jeheeeeeeeeeeesusahhhhh loves them both.
Tory Blair can kiss my hairy arris btw. :)
This is what bothers me about Simon, he can never take firm stand on politics. You never know which side of the issue he'll be on. How can you debate a moving target?
Simon, I am completely with you. We now are run by Maggie's favourite pupil, the country is going further down the drain unless you are nearing retirement age.
Thank god Australia still has it's door slightly ajar
