As a rule (and I really stick to it), I allow myself 2 hours of TV watching time a week. One hour definitely goes to fear factor, my favorite show. Ha, I usually don't know what else to watch, so most of the time, it is the only thing I watch all week.

New Worldly Translation

The term 'reality' is a bit of a misnomer cos there is nothing particularly real about a lot of them. To me they are just the next evolution of quiz shows but instead of answering questions you eat a kangaroo scrotum and win a prize.

I don't dislike them to any great extent but I don't go out of my way to watch them.

NO, I do NOT enjoy reality shows. The worst thing about reality shows is the horrid, melodramatic music they play when they want to seem suspenseful. Then there are the vapid, boring people they seem to think we will find attractive, that star in those shows.

Gag me with a ~~spoon~~ reality show.

My guilty pleasure is SURVIVOR! And then, right after I watch the show I have to long on to 'Survivor Sucks" http://p085.ezboard.com/bsurvivorsucks message board for even more intertainment. Photo Chops, horrible jokes, terrible gossip.......Those folks are hysterical!

And to think I used to hate Thursdays!

I watched a few ... and still do (with unknown or famous people in there) it can be entertaining, I just don't follow the whole thing from A to Z ... I do not watch TV very much anyway.

... but the RTV I like for real is STREEPTEASE a belgium production item on TV ... the particularity is that they do record a familly / a personne in situation without any comment (they do not asking any question they just let people acting and talking) no particular subject it's always a different matter with different people ...

I like the ones they have on PBS where they have to go live like in the "olden" days..I also liked the one where the people were on the New Hebrides islands..

Yikes, Valis, it's sacrilege to compare those very good shows with the cheezzzy reality shows on network TV. God, the worst one was the Bachelor Dwarf show.

I always watch American Idol. It's funny to watch how long people who can't sing stay on the show, cause thery have a big family or somethin. There was a kid last year, with red hair whose name I can't remember that sucked really bad. Yet somehow he stayed on the show forever.
