That was very good. It is true the elders are all just waiting to assume their new duties as overseers and leaders, kings princes etc.. What he wrote is not far-fetched, it is quite likely.

The story was profound. I know we were taught tulips and tralala, but I do remember worrying about what the New World would be like if the dubs were in charge. I had similar thoughts to those in the story.
The Revelation book is, ultimately, one of the main things responsible for leaving. I could see how controlling and destructive the elders/WTS were, and I knew I didn't want to live in a world they were in charge of, let alone forever! My 1st thought when leaving is that I'd rather die than live with them. It wasn't 'till much later that I was able to see they were wrong with their teachings and lifestyle.
