Welcome D&B, good opening salvo, hope you have more for the forum. You forgot the part about how all your buddies were playing some game after dinner like kids are supposed to.

    Hi, D&B!!!!

Didn't we see you on the Jay Leno show auditioning for a spot?

ROFL @ your sense of true humor. Well, at least we can all laugh at the crazy crap we used to do in Joe Hoba's organisation.

And with that, a giant collective sigh could be heard falling through the noses of the brothers and sisters, like a procrastinating turd that managed to waste two hours inside a dark hole before rolling out into the bowl with a satisfying splash.

LOL! You have quite a way with words Welcome to JWD

Man, that post gave me bad flash-back about growing up seeing your friends from school while in meeting clothes. That was the WORST. It gets real bad when out in service on Saturdays and see a group of your friends outside playing. My mom figured seems I knew them I should be the one to preach to them. All I remember is going home crying and dreading seeing them in school on monday. Such a great childhood.

I hated seeing "worldly" kids while in uniform too. I guess bring ashamed and hating your parents for making you do something that even at 12 you realize is stupid builds character...
