IPPY..........Haven't decided yet. I figure if I miss tomorrow and the Memorial, it will be obvious something more than being sick and busy is keeping me away. I need more time. I am not ready for confrontation.

(THAT'S what your shot-by-elders dream was about! You're feeling the immense guilt of not sharing in the life-saving preaching work! It all comes together...)

I do a lot of pulpit preaching... thats enough for the CO right Dave?

thats cool. i used to always count 8-10 hours way back in the day, then i just stopped turning in a report. but i also told them i dint want to be a JW anymore. I didnt realize at the time that i was DAing myself but they basically didnt accept my 'resignation' I think as a favor to my elder father. i havent read all your posts but enough to know that you are living on the edge. are you considering going out "with a bang" a la LittleToe? If you do, may I suggest at the memorial, that would make you an international living legend.

When I was still a JW, I went out in service. I didn't knock on any doors and usually spent the time running errands or going to Best Buy. Saturday morning was a good time to run errands since everyone else is still asleep. Somehow I found 8-12 hours to report on my time sheet.
