My teenage son is visiting this week, and was concerned that he was missing the "Special Announcement" being made today. Anyone know what this is?
He was very suprised that I already knew about the Awake being only once a month. I told him I knew of that several months ago. He knows I have nothing to do with the organization anymore, and was shocked to know I knew before he did. Of course, he has no idea how.
But if anyone knows, it would be most helpful!
They are releasing a new book to replace the old OM - Organized to Accomplish our Ministry. The new book is called "Organized to do Jehover's Will".

Yeah but they now used a new 'method' to copy the old book........ So it's 'really' special.
Yes had the meeting and they read a 1 page letter with the release of the new book - if it was a Special Assembly Day or other then they will have the announcement and letter at the School and Service Meeting - or even next Sunday because of course Thursday is the Memorial

So, this book is only for baptized ones. This makes me wonder... is there anything in the book that someone who studies with JW's should not have access to??

Those who get this book need to scan it and put it up so we can see it. I need a copy for someone.
My mother has it but I doubt she will let me take it to make copies.
No not really -everything in the book is available in various watchtowers apart from some detail about specific announcements to the congregation
