odrade...i know half of 'us' are women....although come to think of it how do we know what the male female ratio is....anyway i digress..in a good deal of congs sis will have done a good few of these jobs anyway..in most cases better than the bros.........we had two teenage elders daughters in our hall who used to do the roving mikes and used to deliberately undo another button on their blouses and wear split skirts for the privelege...all the stretching and walking up and down was constrictive in normal sisters attire....kept us all awake though

Started of with handling the roving mic then progressed to handling the magazine counter then a ms gave public talks ,was a book study conductor nearly handled most of the assignments, acted in dramas in district convention etc , etc was making fine progress and then came the generation and the net now i am out and progressing in my worldy career .
