If you are not able to buy a copy from the book store, you can go to any public library. If the library does not have a copy they can order one from another library.

I live in a large city with a diverse culture and sevreral libraries and CoC is not a book they carry. Try Ebay or Barnes&Nobel.

wow IM impressed I just flat out told my dad that I wanted the watchtower library on disk and that some of the research I was doing included apostate material and he didnt flinch. he said he will send the disk right out and if I needed help with my research to give him a call....
