EXACTLY!! nothing irritates me more than someone messing up my pc..
that has nothing to do with worrying about someone might find on my pc.. but more so that I don't want a mess to fix when they leave!

So they would have to have actually be on the comp to find out what was typed.
There are some keystroke monitoring packages that will send out a stealth email at predetermined intervals with an attachment containing the captured keystrokes, mouseclicks, etc. Some of them can be installed from remote locations as well. I've had to use some of these at work.

Nope. The porn in my PC is for my personal use and I don't want to share it with a perverted eldub...
Thats a great idea now we sit back and wait for the watchtower to announce that all faithful ones in the congregation will allow the elders to intall just such software to help them shepard the flock...
The elders wouldnt' be interested in my Porn files... No kiddie stuff!
Did that joke cross the line???

Any suggestions as to how we can look on our comps to see if we have them?

The program I used is called WinWhatWhere. If you're using windows NT, 2000, or XP you can bring up the task manager and go to the processes tab. If you see a process called w3.exe there's a good chance it's on your system.
Here's more info on it:

There are other products that do this but I'm not familiar with them.

My dog cause she act the last one.
I don't like anyone near my computer but a dub most of all. Years ago a dub "friend" came to visit. He asked to use my computer. I let him. The next time I logged on the browser home page was set to www.watchtower.or (I didn't put the G on the end) I would never give a link to that site. No more dubs allowed in my house to link to that spiritual porn site.
I would also not let anyone use my computer who didn't know what spyware or adware was. It seems to have taken over as a major threat this year. There are too many people out there who just have to click on that link with no thoughts as to what could happen.
I wouldn't let Pozdrunk anywhere near my machine..
Sincerely,
