Of, or having to do w the spirit. What is spirit? Many people don't believe that it exists. For those of us do, it's hard to define. Perhaps you have your own understanding of it.

Spirituality is the relationship you have with God, one on one...the connection your spirit has with God.

Religion on the other hand is involvement with and participation in a religious organization.

Spirituality is not a quality it is a state of being. By definition it includes everything that goes with a state of being such as perception and action. Thus spiritual people do not imitate they simply are.

having a personal relationship with god and giving evidence of this in your life by imitating god's qualities in relationships with any other being. once religion is used to express spirituality, it all goes to waste.
