Reminds me of the IBM slogan, Think. Too bad it doesn't say something like, love your fellow man, or be a decent human being, something remotely worthwhile rather than slavery to the org.
Lol! You'd think it was for a paycheck...but it's not.
OOoooo it would be fun to replace it with one that said "Think, think, think" (an AA slogan)
Is it possible that a replacement sign could be put up there...something about silent lambs would have there heads turning wouldnt it?
As has been said here before, the key to everlasting life among JW's is regularly turning in your service report.
Question-- how can you turn in "time", which is an intangible thing? I could see where you turn in a 'report'. But it is impossible to "turn in time".

No doubt; the sign sounds exactly like something you'd see at a place of work~!
It shows what is important...not a sign that says
God is love
Have you hugged your child today
Love your neighbor as yourself

I've seen signs like that posted on the main exit doors before when I was in. NOw that I'm out, I can see the subliminal slavery it reduces one to the org.
Wow, that sign really exudes love doesn't it? By the way, is there a 'welcome' sign anywhere?
