Give me ONE good reason why Adam could not have been black?

    Coz when Moses asked his name he said "Iam that Iam".
    If he'd have been black he'd have said "I is what I is".

    Actually, my theology combined with information about our anthropological origins would have it that Adam was very likely black.

    Just passing through.

    I guess kind of like all animals the farther north they migrate (from the u.s.a.) the whiter they get.

    Actually, some species in the arctic are white - it is nature's 'camouflage' - but no, we have mostly black and brown animals up here. Same colour as the 'Merican ones.

    Oh, and if Adam were real, I'd vote for dark-skinned.

    If Adam was black, Eve would have been sexually satisfied and would have had no desire to entertain relations with a snake.
