Plenty - including mine!
If the WTS started off in Australia, do you think they would be different?

according to the Australian Institute for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies the accepted English spelling is now Didjeridu.

I grew up always spelling it the other way, too - however, I'm in a very Aboriginal sensitive environment, so have been aware of the revised spelling for some time.
Stephanus,
of the "my mother's got a killer boomerang and isn't afraid to use it" class.

Yeah, of course
literature would be delivered in f*ck truck
Prayers would finish with g'day
An elder would be called smart arse
Goat-like ones would be called nob-suckers
Sheep-like ones would be called dipshit
And everyone would practice tonsil hockey
Though young yobbos would be encouraged to if in doubt use love glove
Between the songs we'd all rush to thunderbox
Everyones happiness would be really unreal
And we'd hope to achieve the state known as diddly-squat -

It wouldn.t be so good, purps! As I write this a mist is forming over the floodlight grounds giving the whole prison-style complex a yellow eerie feel about it. All is still, nothing is moving. It's....well, very unAustralian!
During daytime you can see that it's a heavily fortified complex complete with sentry box at the main entrance. Oh, that's airconditioned but that's the only concession to what is regarded as Australian.
In short, there's no indication it would be much different. Australia seems to have absorbed much of American culture, rather than British. This applies to new religious movements too. Even in evangelical circles of the Australian kind there's many who favor the books and programs of Bill Hybels and Rick Warren.
