So yeah, I should know this since I live in WI but does anyone know if when my cat is out roaming around outside, which she loves to do (like many of us also) is it now legal for someone to shoot her? She does have a collar and tag-btw.

Doogie: Yes I do believe that what happened in American history x was a "curbie" -pretty much wrapping their mouth around a curb and proceeding to bash in their scull.....yeah so dont mess with my kittie, or it's your scull!
