The Plan Commission is reviewing all of the 1976 zoning ordinances to recommend necessary changes. It recommended this change now because Dale and Connie Jacobs, Knoxville, the owners of Funeral Solutions, want to buy the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 809 E. Main St., to open a funeral home.
Funny. I believe the same thing happened to the one in Ukiah, CA.
I wasn't aware the JW's had a KH on E. Main St. in Knoxville. They have KH's on Young High Pike, Andes Road, Harris Road, Emory Road and one off Central Ave. Pike. There was one on Woodson Drive but the WTBTS sold it to a member religion of 'Babylon the Great' a few years ago.
The old Maryville, TN. KH is now Foothills Funeral Home. How appropriate for an organisation that spiritually kills people.

I always found it amazing that the jw's were happy to sell off their unwanted KH's to religions of 'babylon the great' therefore do a business transaction with them, and yet we ourselves aren't permitted to attend the funerals of our grandparents who have services in other denominations churches!! puke puke...
