First: Martorii.com is a romanian site. You know, Romania in Eastern Europe? :D By the way do not confuse our capital, is Bucharest and not Budapest whitch is the capital of Hungary. And second: Yes martorii.com is against Watchtower ;)

Lamb... I thought it might be Romanian (I'm acquainted with a Romanian undercover JW who is friends with Stafford) but I don't know enough about the language to identify it with certainty, so I thought I'd keep my mouth shut.
Jgnat... Stafford does post there (or at least used to; I haven't read there recently), but I don't believe he's involved in the site. It's run by Binadub (aka Ros).
