Glad to hear your surgery went nicely.
I hope you have lots of ice cream on hand. It helps to control the swelling and acts as a bit of topical anesthetic, too, because it's icy cold.

AK - Vicodin is well tolerated... nausea is the most common side effect.
Also, whether or not it is generic or brand name makes no dif.
Vicodin, Norco, Lorcet, Lortab, etc....
are all the same...the active ingredient is hydrocodone which is an opoid along w/ acetep. (active ingredient in Tylenol)
They work on the pain receptors in the brain and spinal cord and the two pain relievers work better together than they do seperately. -

Thanks sooo much for you care and support.
I'm feeling much better and am back to normal. A little discomfort, with teeth readjusting, but fine.
I'm tottlay surprised with how good it all went and how fast I recovered.
Glad that's out of the way.
