I don't think they will do it in the next 10 years but maybe 20 year from now they might. They don't want to get any woman telling them off,,while haveing thier special GB meetings on wednesday.

They wouldn't know how to handle a women,,it would be very complicated for them,,they only want someone they know better because he's a male,,someone that would go a long with thier cruelty they inflict apon the flock. They probably think a women would be too kind hearted and cause trouble.
