Movie Recommendations

Anyone have any movie recommendations for me. I've been searching the internet but nothing has really caught my interest.

I love foreign films, dramas, comedies. I am very selective (picky) though. So please do not recommend anything with Ashton Kutcher.

I would like to see Guess Who but I am afraid it is going to be rediculous without any real humor.
Just because of the fact Ashton is in it.

I think Ashton is a hottie but not a great actor.

The public library has some really good non-mainstream movies out.

Do you like older cult movies? The best is- Band of Outsiders- hands down.

I rented I heart Huckabees and I just couldn't get into it.

I guess I should have been more specific; I want to go out to the movies tonight.

But I do appreciate dvd recommendations as well.

Has anyone seen Sin City and if so would you recommend it?

Sin City is easily the best movie I've seen in a year or so. Absolutely terrific movie.

I was recently moved by this sleeper of a movie, I call it sleeper because I would've never suspected this film to be of any value at all. The movie was one that my mother chanced upon in the DVD section and she recommended that I watch it. Shall We Dance? It stars Jennifer Lopez, Susan Sarandon and Richard Gere. I finally viewed the film and was beyond merely pleased, I was actually overly enthusiastic about the film once I got involved. It's family friendly, a woman's movie, but most guys, if they give it a chance, should find it relatively safe in the " I'm not watchin' a movie for wusses " department.

Elling- Norwegian film. Funny and sweet.
Sweet And Lowdown- Sean Penn was hysterical
City of God- Brazilian. Kind of depressing
Good Bye Lennin- German. Pretty funny
