Woke up this morning to check on my car... and it was gone. Someone has taken my Geo Tracker convertable 4x4.
Damn now what? I filed a police report and have to call my agent tomorrow.

So sorry to hear that Putter, we had our car stolen, my husband rubbed his eyes thinking did I park it at the top of the hill, so he ran there to check.............but it was gone......you think you are dreaming when this happens............Hey, I thought things like this didn't happen in paradise? Well you know you live on an Island so they can't leave with it..................I hope you find it...............it took 7monthes for the cops to find our car............not much left to it but a frame of what used to be a nice car.............good luck with finding yours my friend..........why do bad things happen to good people?

A few years ago my husband's car was stolen. It was recovered 3 days later and the two 14 year olds who stole it were caught. A few weeks ago we bought a new car for my husband and planned to sell his old one over the weekend. I asked him what if someone steals it out of the driveway now (the new one was in the garage so the old one got demoted and parked outside). Sure enough, the next morning the old one was gone. Same car stolen twice. Saves us the trouble of selling it. Car theft if Arizona is just unbelievable. I am glad we are getting out of here.

My God Puter! Some years back, we got our car stolen too, by some young dudes who just wanted to freewheel and party..........the police found it in the woods near the road by the resevoir only about a half hour after we reported it missing..........the driver's side door had been caved in and there were french fries and McDonald's burger wrappers all over the back seat, but, other than that, it was okay...........we kept it for about another year, then traded it in on the car I still have now, which is 12 years old. I'm sorry my friend, that this has happened to you. Hopefully someone just took it joyriding and it will survive with minimal damage, or none at all!

Well lets hope someone just took it for a joyride and maybe it's parked somewhere in a parking lot. After all the island isn't that big. But I am not giving it much hope. When I talked to the police he mentioned it was probably a drug related thing, as in good luck hoping to retrieve it.
I hope I get a decent payout on the car so I can buy something else. I need wheels to work.

ummmm, it would be a good trick to get it off the island without authorities being aware. I guess it could be dismantled, but, why? Probably taken for a joy ride! Been there, done that, just with a ski shuttle bus! augh! did I just admit to that? "Ughemm, Miss, where were you on the date of???"

I'm sorry bout that Puter, last christmas someone broke into my car and stole a shitload of merchandise and an ABBA tape I know the feeling of having crap stolen from you. I hope you find your car.
