Come on lurkers, I dare you..

Hi Target - Why does it take us being hit over the head

with a two-by-four to finally see the "light" ???

I can't believe how many years I struggled and could

not figure it out. And I was simultaneously

putting myself through university, you would think this

would help, of course I was an art and literature major,

so this could explain my love of delusional thinking.

What I regret is the effect it had on my daughter,

her self esteem, her self image, her isolation socially,

the treatment she received at the hands of the whole

congregation, her lost birthdays, her depression,

at Christmas. It makes me sick to think I brought that on her.

I don't even think a 2 x 4 would have fazed me. It took a university.
