GBL, rejoice in the love you shared together. That last planned visit was a disappointment, but in the grand scheme, should be a small one.
Sounds like you had a great relationship with her, and you loved her very much. Keep that in your heart, and rather than regret you didn't see her that last time, smile because you knew her at all.

my condolences GBL. i share your sentiments on the bible and christianity. and i guess for the sake of the memory of your grandmother, being a pall bearer isn't too bad. you can do it. and the very thought of existence, in this case hers, in our cosmos, is like a miracle we all share. she existed, and hence you do too.
