Hey you can toss those black bananas in the freezer until you need them. Works great, just thaw in the microwave or on the countertop for awhile. My kids used to laugh when they'd open the door to get some ice and black bananas would land on their feet...well, sometimes they laughed.

Mmmmm.......sounds good Brenda, but I find that if I don't beat the living tar out of the bananas, then the 'nana bread looks half-baked when it comes out the oven........last time I made some yummy 'nana bread (last Sunday when I didn't go to the the Kingdumb Hell), I beat the bananas till they were really runny and then I added them.......I found the texture much better..........anyhoo, I jes might be a-tryin' your recipe this Sunday morning if I find I jes' can't get motivated to go listen to how I'm not doing enough in God's Service.
