There seems to be an objective impression that the JW kids are leaving the org in large numbers because they feel deeply disappointed with what they get from it. Their retention rate is very low.
The WTS has to change enormously to survive but it simply can't due to its nature, it's too rotten, and so it will soon be ancient history.
